Wheelchair Rental Service
- The customer can use a wheelchair to the boarding gate of an aircraft and the wheelchair is additionally carried to the baggage space
- We will guide you in advance to use a wheelchair from the boarding gate of an arrival place. (changeable according to the airport situation)
- Using an electric wheelchairs requires a prior consent of the airline. Please check the exact battery capacity and whether it is permitted to carry it onboard, prepares the MSDS in accord with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and inquire to our reservation center.
- ※ T’way Air operates a bridge or a remote transportation vehicle (bus) for boarding. We kindly ask for your understanding on the inconvenience when a remote transportation vehicle (bus) is used.
People with visual and hearing disability
- If you request during booking, you provide information from an airport to entry procedures and auxiliary service is provided.
- Requesting service is possible in the case a guardian for takeover exists in the departing and arrival airport.
