This service is for helping you purchase the very next seat at reasonable price to enjoy spacious and convenient trip.

For a couple: Leave the seat next you, so that you two can sit more comfortably.
For your baby: Get a seat for your baby at a much more affordable price.
For a long-range traveler: Tired of long-flights? Leave all the two seats next to you empty and lie yourself down during the flight!

Purchasing is possible at the T’way Air counter within a check-in time on a departing day and change and refund of a seat you purchase is impossible.
(possible in case service is not available due to the airline circumstance)
Every currencies can be used for payment on a departing place and only USD is used for payment in the Philippines and Laos.
Using the service is impossible for a code share flight.
The number of a baggage and weight available for carrying in by passenger is same after purchasing a service.
However, armrests of some seats are fixed.

Advance seat reservation should be done no later than 2 days before departure.
Seats purchased are non-refundable.

Due to differences in seat types for each model, the seat number you select may change depending on your aircraft assignment.
Depending on the aircraft type, the seating distance may vary and the back can be locked.
Co-operative flights are not available for seats
If you do not complete your check-in before 20 minutes before check-in deadline, your seat will be automatically canceled.
Emergency exit seats are not available for passengers who are under 15 years of age or who are unable to communicate in either Korean or English, pregnant women, infants, or elderly people, and may be reassigned at check-in. Seats purchased at reassignment will not be refunded.
If you decide that you can not use the seat at the airport after purchasing the seat, you can cancel your seat assignment at the scene and issue a refund.
